Appointment Policies.

Questions before booking? You’re welcome to text us. Online booking is highly encouraged. A credit card is required on file to reserve your visit, whether you book online, by text, by phone, or in person. Your service is charged on the day of your appointment; late-cancellation and no-show fees apply separately. Our staff reply to texts between appointments. Please review the booking terms before confirming.

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.

Less than 24 hours: 50% of the booked service price.
No-show: 100% of the booked service price.

These fees are charged to the card on file. If plans change, text or call us using the details in your booking confirmation.

We suggest arriving a little early to allow time for street parking, check-in, and a bathroom break before we begin. If you’re running late, please let us know. We’ll do our best to help; your visit may need to be shortened or rescheduled to respect the next client’s time.

Fills are typically every 3–4 weeks. Beyond four weeks, please book a full set. If too few suitable extensions remain for a fill, we’ll explain the options and cost before starting. View fill prices.

Want an outside fill? Text us a quick photo of your lashes before booking. We’ll let you know whether to book a fill or a full set, along with the total price. A suitable outside fill carries a $20 supplement.

Prefer a fresh start? Book a full set directly, with no photo, text, or call needed. We strongly recommend a new full set if the existing work needs correction or cleanup. Removal is complimentary with a booked full set.

Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. A fixed $25 cleaning fee applies when we need to remove mascara, eyeliner, other eye makeup, oils, or buildup before application. No cleaning fee applies when lashes arrive clean and ready. Additional correction or extended fill time is +$20. Standalone removal is $35; removal with a booked full set is complimentary. For outside fills, a quick photo lets us advise on the service and total before you book. You can also book a full set directly without checking with us first.

Please attend your appointment without children or additional guests. Due to limited space and safety considerations in our medical spa, children are not permitted in treatment rooms or the lobby. If you arrive with children, we will be unable to proceed and your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Thank you for understanding.

Please contact us within three days with a clear photo if something doesn’t feel right. We’ll review it with you and discuss the next step. Please don’t pick at or remove the extensions yourself.

Keep lashes clean, handle them gently, and arrange professional removal when needed. Let us know before your next visit about any irritation, reaction, or sensitivity.

Available on request for $15, credited toward your full set. Arrange it at least 48 hours before treatment. A clear test does not guarantee that a full application will not cause a reaction. Let us know about previous adhesive reactions before scheduling.
