Use a clean spoolie to gently tidy dry lashes. Avoid forceful or repeated brushing.
Choose oil-free products around the eyes. If you need mascara, choose a non-waterproof, extension-safe formula. Skip mechanical lash curlers.
Avoid tugging, picking, or sleeping with your lashes pressed into a pillow.
Cleanse daily, dry gently, brush dry lashes, and avoid rubbing, picking, and direct high heat.
Understanding shedding
Each follicle follows its own cycle. Your lashes are at different stages, so some shedding between appointments is expected.
01 / Anagen
A new natural lash actively grows from its follicle.
02 / Catagen
Growth slows as the follicle moves toward its resting stage.
03 / Telogen & shedding
The lash rests and eventually releases. A new growth cycle follows, and an attached extension sheds with the natural lash.
Some shedding is simply your natural lashes renewing. Extensions shed with the lashes they’re attached to, and fills keep your look full as the cycle continues.
03 / Full sets & fills
Your first set
A full set creates your lash look from the start. Discuss your preferred fullness, length, and curl with your stylist.
Your maintenance visit
A fill replaces extensions that have shed or grown out. Most clients return in 3–4 weeks. Beyond four weeks, book a new full set. See our pricing menu for timing-based fill rates.
04 / Lash FAQ
Your lash tech will work with your eye shape, natural lashes, and preferred look to find your fit. Classic is softly defined, Hybrid adds texture, and Volume brings fullness. Customization is a process: we can refine length, curl, and styling across appointments until you settle on what suits you best.
Full sets typically take 1.5–2 hours; fills take 45–60 minutes, depending on style. Ask our staff if you’re unsure which appointment to choose.
Questions before booking? You’re welcome to text us. Online booking is highly encouraged. A credit card is required on file to reserve your visit, whether you book online, by text, by phone, or in person. Your service is charged on the day of your appointment; late-cancellation and no-show fees apply separately. Our staff reply to texts between appointments. See our pricing and cancellation policy.
For LED-applied extensions, the adhesive is light-cured during your appointment, so there is generally no traditional 24–48-hour dry waiting period once curing is complete. Clean gently, pat dry, and brush when dry. Keep direct high heat, forceful shower jets, and rubbing away from the lash line. For conventional adhesive, follow the aftercare provided at your appointment.
If needed, choose a non-waterproof, oil-free mascara made for lash extensions. Apply sparingly and remove it gently with an extension-safe cleanser. Avoid waterproof mascara; it is difficult to remove without pulling at the lashes. Mascara can close Volume fans, so keeping those sets mascara-free is best.
Yes. Every natural lash follows its own growth and shedding cycle, and the attached extension sheds with it. Because lashes are at different stages, some daily shedding is expected. Regular fills refresh the set as new lashes grow in. See the growth cycle.
Typically every 3–4 weeks, depending on your natural shedding and how full you like your set. Earlier fills are also available. Prices vary by timing and style; see our fill menu. More than four weeks after your last appointment is booked as a new full set. Very sparse or unsuitable existing lashes may also need a full set sooner.
Want an outside fill? Text us a quick photo of your lashes before booking. We’ll let you know whether to book a fill or a full set, along with the total price. Suitable outside fills carry a $20 supplement.
Prefer a fresh start? Book a full set directly, with no photo, text, or call needed. We strongly recommend a new full set if the existing work needs correction or cleanup. Removal is complimentary with a booked full set. See our policies.
Looking for better staying power? LED’s quick, controlled cure can support a strong bond and longer wear, especially when oily skin, workouts, or a busy routine make retention tricky. Faster curing can also reduce fume exposure, which may feel more comfortable for fume-sensitive eyes. It does not prevent adhesive allergies; please tell us about previous reactions before booking.
Once fully light-cured, LED adhesive generally has no traditional dry waiting period. Keep up the same daily cleansing and gentle care outlined above.
Our approximately 8W lamp is used in brief curing pulses while your eyes stay fully closed. Appropriate light-blocking pads or shields, correct positioning, and manufacturer-directed exposure times help limit light exposure. Safe use depends on the equipment and technique. Please tell us before booking if you have light sensitivity.
Yes. A patch test is $15, credited toward your full set, and should be arranged at least 48 hours before treatment. A clear result cannot rule out a later reaction.
